Week One - Welcome World!

Welcome to Plooka a brand new webiste dedicated to Skiing, Snowboarding and the Mountains!

This is our opening week (so your one of the first ones to lay eyes on the site) so far things have been going really well, emails have been sent, ad campaigns have started and the word is starting to get out about Plooka.com!

Our brand new Forum is starting to fill up and thanks to all those people that have registered and are contributing to the success of the site. We already have reviews spanning the Alps, Canada and New Zealand, plus some great stories about skiing injuries and one lone joke at the moment!

We have also been recieving your feedback and changes, updates, and improvements are all happening behind the scenes. We have been experiencing some problems with our hosting (victims of our own success) so we are currently working to upgrade our hosting packages and parts of the site should speed up. So please bear with us while the teething problems are overcome.

So that’s it Plooka is not yet a week old but lots is happening already. Please help us by spreading the word, and get yourself in the Forum - and hopefully you like the blog!
